September ending, a list: Earlier I passed a grey-haired man looking into the window of the closed secondhand bookstore in town; he was wearing black shoes that were at least three sizes too large as there was about an inch between his heel and the back of the shoes
I recognized the piece by Ed Yong as I have just recently started reading his book titled “An Immense World.” It seems a book you might enjoy greatly. This quote from his piece:”It hints at flickers of the magnificent in the mundane, and the extraordinary in the ordinary” is how I would describe your work as well!
"and they have now taken to turning themselves on and off at entirely random intervals throughout the day, which I like to believe is meaningful"
Absolutely.
Always enjoy reading your observations, what a total joy to be included in your world! Thank you for such wonderful words about my work ✨
Thank you India—I'm delighted to have properly discovered and fallen in love with your work, and very much look forward to spending more time with it.

I've also noted this title down as a book for future reading—it is a certainly a lovely overlap of description!
